Another turn signal issue...

So...the left front turn signal works properly, but the riding light portion isn't lit. I tried two new bulbs thinking one of the filaments may be burned out...but no luck. Anyone else have this issue or have a solution to resolve it? Many thanks in advance to whoever can figure this out

Have you checked the connections in your headlight bucket?

Make sure the parking light is connecting to a wire that is always hot, such as the instrument cluster lights. For my 850l, this is a grey wire in the headlight housing. Should be one wire for parking light, then one for blinker part of it. look at the schematics.
