Headlight bulb for a 650GL

Hey guys, I'm having trouble digging up a size for the headlight bulb in my bike. Anyone know the size off-hand for a 1982 650GL?

It's an H4. Very common bulb you can find at any Wal Mart or auto parts store.

Excellent. I found a few threads that mentioned H4 but they also commonly mentioned a halogen kit. Wasn't sure if I needed the kit to use the H4 or not.

Whenever you have a question like that, the easiest solution is to look at the OEM parts fiche. Lots of places host it online. I checked yours at www.powersportspro.com.

Right on, thanks. I tried to dig it out of the service manual, but all I could find was the wattage.
