They look nice, but how do you know what pitch to set them to? Wrong pitch = misfires and perhaps engine damage!

That gave me a good chuckle for some reason. Thanks.

In the midst of all these jokes its hard to tell if youre being serious of not, being that I have no idea what "variable pitch" means on spark wires. Assuming "variable pitch" isn't slang for something naughty, what is it?

EDIT: found this... hardly sounds dangerous... sounds awesome. http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/tech_su...iablepitch.asp

Sorry, we got carried away with the other stuff. The wires you selected are fine, do not use resistive caps, and you should be burbling along in no time.
And I got to use the word "burble". Kool.
I ran this type of wire on my KZ for ~7k with no issues, so you should be fine.

I run cheapy 7mm wires with the NGK caps on my 850 with no problems.

I had never heard of 'variable pitch' plug wires. I thought I was making a joke about something being lost in translation.

After looking at the link you posted, I stand corrected. Learn something new every day......
