Ok, I'm getting my required voltage at my coils, but when I try to start the bike, no spark. I put my hand on one of them & it was quite warm only after a few tries. Any ideas?

You tested the signal generator?
You have the orange wires on the + side? -
What bike?
Warm coils are nothing to worry about- they get that way when the points are closed.Comment

Electronic ignition but has he done all the electrical checks.
And how is he verifying no spark? Did he do the resistance test on the coild and check his caps and everything else?
