for the check panel lights to be illuminated (bike not running) but all of them to turn off when kickstand up. looked for wire mis connected, but could find none. everything else is checking out ok. followed the stator papers. as long asmy oil pressure light works i can live with the check light problems.

does your bike have a starter kill at the kickstand? Maybe that switch or wire got crossed with the panel lighting.

ill have to check that while its running. it does have the sidestand ind light

update...............green/wh was swapped with green/y. got it running and the lights shut off
