    Sorry forgot the unwritten rules

    Here it is. The idea is to fit the heat-sink parrallel with the board on the solder side, with some standoffs or an insulator strip. This will keep the size down. Once tested I will add some silicone to the high components.

    Duck into an electronics store (Radio Shack for you guys maybe?) and they should have drill bits perfectly suited to drilling PCB's.

    Use a hand drill and you should be laughing...
