    where do these wirers go??

    83 GS400E I got the bike with no battery and now I just need to know where these wires go....

      Black and white on a Suzuki is normally a ground.

          Looks like someone has been doing a bit of ameture diy electrical. You're going to need to follow them out to see where they end. (the other end) One should be the ground side of your fuse box, one could be the gound side of your R/R. As for the others, just follow them out.
