The 3 that are in one of the sockets are certainly for the 3 leads from the stator. The other socket has two, I am guessing one is ground and the other is for the red wire that feeds, eventually, to the battery.
This looks like so many of these that use plug in connectors, but I have to use individual wires w/female spade ends.
Can anyone advise me as to which lead from my '81 GS850G goes to each of the two remaining contacts on the R/R/....or is there a test method to id which?.....or a clear schematic of a 2011 CBR1000RR that would show which? BassCliff's info showed anR/R with imbedded wires. I plan to photograph the work & if there is a spot on some web page to add info/pics for this style of R/R I will supply.
Old R/R got fried, don't wanna fry this by stupid owner tricks.
