Honda rr has 7 wires where do they all go

I have a Shindenger SH36a-12 RR from a early Honda that has 7 wires coming off of it. There is Red with white stripe, a green and a black in one harness. Another one has 3 yellow, one white and a black. I would like to put this on my 79 gs 750 but I dont know what the white wire is for.

Do you mean an SH236A-12? Because I don't think SH36A-12 exists...

EDIT: Also, I'm pretty sure it has 8 wires, not 7 and is incompatible with a GS

Thanks Adler for the reply. After I got it off the old bike and in my hand I see your numbers are right. Now i will have to find another one that will work.

According to the r/r replacement list the r/r he has is for a field winding controlled alternator and will not work with the GS system.
