Any thoughts on this fuse box?

The stock fuse box on my 78 1000 project bike(see sig) has a broken fuse holder.Got it soldered in but not 100% confident in it.On sale at a good price.

Looks like the Princess auto one for 7$ on sale this week

How much room do you have to work with?

I found they felt cheaply built but it should do its job.

Hmmmm............OK maybe my original plan to graft in a 83 750 box I have left over is a better idea?

      One like this?

This is what happened to the stock box and the fix.SEEMS to be fine.

I already left my recommendation in your other thread. I found mine at www.wiringproducts.com for about the same price; or you can go really good and get one from www.easternbeaver.com

Easternbeaver makes a very nice product. A bit spendy but quality!

I'm sure they are but I don't have the $$ to spend on that.Think I'm figuring a way to use the 750 box.

Daam right, $17 usps or $63 ups

Although someone here must have a car or truck with a small fuse panel with 4-5 fuses that you could find locally and rip one out. Best bet is either princess auto or junk yard for the cheap way to go.
