    meltdown

I have an 1982 Suzuki GS750 E and yesterday noticed a melted connection from the stator W/Blue tracer wire to the RR.
The stator test was performed with a good charged battery and all tests were ok except the last test. The throttle at 4000rpm revealed AC output on stator legs as follows A-B 72v, B-C 71v & A-C 69 v. Do the results not being exactly equal but close mean that ststor is faulty?

I also checked RR at 4000rpm and it showed up at 14.83 V (DC)

Replace the connection. I prefer to solder the stator and R/R connections.
Also ground the R/R to the battery and frame.

I would also replace the connection, in fact, do all of them, just to be sure.

However, that small difference in voltage is nothing to worry about.

Unless you had somebody holding the throttle while you quickly moved from one measurement to the next, it's easy enough to get that much difference by missing your RPM target by 20-30 RPM.
