1981 GS1100E with Dyna 2000 KIT - Need help plugging the spark plug wires

    Hi

I have the Dyna 2000 Kit installed and I need help plugging the spak plug wires.
The confusion comes from the Dyna install PDF drawing. They should fire there technical writer.
I boggles my mind why there documents are scanned? Man it's 2012.

    It says:
    Left 1 & 4
    Right 2 & 3
but mirrors the coil drawing and does not say where to start counting.

    Q: Is it clockwise?
    top left 1
    top right 2
    bottom right 3
    bottom left 4

Also just to make sure the cylinder numbering order is from clutch to break
Clutch side being 1 and break side being 4?

    Thank you.

Yes, that is correct; 1 is under your left hand and 4 is under your right

Does it mean that both coil outlets are interchangeable so for the left coil it could be 1-4 or 4-1 and the same for the right one?
In other words that it does not mater what cylinder you plug them into as long as the 1-4 coil is ether plugged into cylinder 1 or 4.

Hopefully your controls are clutch on the left and BRAKE on the right.

Would hate to see what happens every time you use your BREAK lever.

Yes, cylinder #1 is on the left, under your clutch hand, #4 is on the right, under your throttle (or BRAKE) hand.
