Universal Starter rebuild kits for cheap.?

If 20 dollars is cheap. I hav enot looked up other kits and this may be crap but you can decide for yourself.

When it says "universal", I think something got lost in traslation.
At one point it says that some parts not useable on some models. And it list some models.
Maybe is meant for only these models, and some parts are not used on some of these.

Dont think it can be universal for all models. For one thing, some starters have 2 brushes and some have 4 brushes (depending if Denso or Matsuba).
