Anything electrical cause a high idle?

Bike worked perfect a few weeks ago. I removed the wire harness and then installed it back in. Now my motorcycle revs super high when started. Any ideas??

I can't think of anything electrical that would cause a high idle. If you accidentally changed the routing of the throttle or choke cables during the removal or re-installation of the harness that could be the source of your issue. Is there slack in the throttle cable (spec is 1mm IIRC)? Choke?

Not the throttle and not the choke....hmmmm.

Did you leave the vacuum line off from when you took the tank off ?
