    Photo of Correctly Mounted Regulator ('81 GS850G)

    My bike's PO fitted some homemade crap to my bike and the original mounting appears to be compromised.

    Can someone post a picture of what the mounting panel and configuration of the regulator should look like?

      The regulators on all my 850s (yeah, there are THREE of them ) are under the battery box.

      This is a different regulator, but in the stock location:

          Great, thanks-just what I needed.

          Now, the guy had mounted it to the side of the box instead and he put it on the side where the fuse panel is. Do you have a good picture of that?

                      The correctly mounted RR is a Honda SDG that bolts into the same holes as the original one does.
