Does anybody know if the igniter box has to be grounded to the frame ?

It has a ground wire built in to the wiring. It does not have to be mounted to work if that's what you are asking.

I opened up the box and the white wire was t making full contact with the board so I re soldered the wire back and she fired right up thanks again fellas now my problem is she's leaking from the right side carb through the filter when I bought i bought it had pods so it's leaking through the pod filter
