brake switch rebuild kit?

is there a rebuilt kit available for the front handle switch? The spring inside mine broke[probably in the accident] and I tried replacing it with a spring from a ball point pen, but now it acts up. sometimes it will stay on after I release the handle and when squeezing the handle it will flicker and have dead spots. I dont really want to replace the whole brake lever and it would be fairly easy to just replace the internals like the contacts and spring.

edit: it probably did it before a little as far as I know, but it caught my attention because now I need to get the light inspection done and dont want any reason for it to fail.

you can replace just the switch by itself, they are cheap to buy

Same as the clutch safety switch thats used on many many models. Still dealer available for less than 20 bucks. I have seen them on ebay for around 9 to 12.00 as a Buy It Now price.
