canceling or bypassing the light on/off switch

Since i'm replacing and modifying my wiring - including a new Polaris R/R which will be wired directly to the stator. i figured i might as well cancel the on S off switch for the the main headlight and wire in a pair of relays for high\low beam
does it make sense? can i use the hi\low beam selector on the left switch to command the relays? i can wire by a diagram but not very good at putting the schematics into drawing.
    Thanks
    Eran
P.S whats the S in the switch for? (OFF S ON)

      Yes, you can

Just run the high/low output wires from the switch to trigger the relays
