source for slider light on/off switch thumb cover

Hi everyone

My new to me 1979 gs850g has a metal switch tab on the lights with no plastic thumb cover. Is there a source for these without the actual switch being involved ?

that part is still available from Suzuki, less than $5. buy a new one.

Thanks a lot, I thought I would be in for buying the whole assembly,I didnt realize I would get lucky and could buy just the switch cover.

Before you order, check your bike carefully to see if you need anything else.

That part is only $3 or so, but shipping will probably be close to $10.

If you order gaskets, cables, handles, whatever, the shipping won't go up much, it's just a killer on low-dollar small items.

On small items like that I just pay the retail price and make my local Suzuki dealer pay the shipping.
