Has anyone ever installed the coil on plug coils on a GS. I got a hold of some GSXR1000 coils and was thinking about it. If it has been done I dont want to reinvent the wheel, and experiment. I could just work off of others experiences. They seem to want to draw a lot of amps.

The stock ignition system requires at least three ohms primary coil resistance. Less than this could damage the ignitor (or so I've been told).Ed
