82 gs 650 only spark on one coil... HELP

Ok here's all the info I have I bought this 82 gs650 non running started into a cafe racer. All wiring was ran to a nifty little switch plate . I bought a new battery for it, cleaned the carbs, she fired right up! Sounded strong, so I stored her for about 9 months till I had time to work on her.... Pulled her out and she won't start! I replace the battery, plugs, coils, and cdi box the other day. I'm only getting spark on the right side coil other side nothing... I'll post pics ASAP, please help

One of the trigger modules may be bad. Your igniter is working (Suzuki did not use a CDI) . Trace the wiring from the trigger modules, draw a diagram so you know where they are supposed to be. Reverse the wiring so they reverse the cylinders they fire and see if that happens. If so, you have isolated the problem to a trigger module. If it stays the same it might be a coil problem.

It's not likely the ignitor or coil triggers went bad in storage. I would check the blue and green wires carefully for damage along the entire length (remove from the covering if necessary) and check the resistance to ground. Should be 130 ohms a piece.
1.Do you have 12 volts on the orange wire on each coil?
2.Do you have the coils wire right? Pay attention to the - and + connections since wiring it backwards drops it right out.
3.swap coils . Does the problem move with the coil?
            4. try different plugs, maybe they are damaged
