Rectum? Damn near killed 'em!
1982 GS1100E V&H "SS" exhaust, APE pods, 1150 oil cooler, 140 speedo, 99.3 rear wheel HP, black engine, '83 red
2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after.Comment

You have a Rectifier/Regulator.
Cut all wires from the R/R going in to the loom and solder them directly to the stator wires. Don't forget to shrink wrap.
I also lose the large bullet connecter from the battery and solder that directly.
Run a ground from the weak ground on the R/R itself and run it to the frame. Keep the ground on the R/R and extend it using eye connecters that are soldered at the crimp and 16-18G wire.Comment
