    Verify charging numbers

hey all. I'm helping Robert out for his journey back to Toronto and decided to test his charging system. Bike, 1979 GS850G. Fully charged bike battery (he's got a car battery strapped to the rack as he was having charging issues). battery alone 12.57 key on not started no lights 12.10, idle 12.82, 2500 rpm 14.68 and sits 5000rpm it stays at 14.7. What ye say?? He had to put the old stock stator back in as the new one was the wrong size, He has what looks to be a new Electrosport Reg/Rec. I have wired the stator directly to the reg/rec and gave it the single ground treatment. Do you think he's safe to travel 4500kms on it?

Thanks Ed, I figured as much but he is heading off today at 3pm so wanted to get a second opinion. Looks to me as though his motorcycle battery is fine as well, he thought it wasn't charging. Well he's got a full size care battery on the back in case the stator fails on the way but I bet he'll be just fine.
