GS850l Stator/RR Issues

Howdy everyone. I have a 1980 gs850l that's been having some odd charging issues. When idling high at around 2k it charges past 13 volts, but when I rev higher at all rpm ranges, it starts to fall under 13 volts slowly, but surely. I am aware of the weak stators/rr's of these motorcycles but my knowledge on the subject if very limited. Does this sound like a purely stator problem, RR problem, or both? Thanks!

Do the "Quick Test" in my signature. This normally indicates dirty connections, but would want more data. Nothing wrong with cleaning all connections between battery and the R/R
