    horror movie like experience

Hi all. I recently aquire a 83 gs450l and I am very happy with it, but today my gs acting so strange and die right after I arrive home , thank god for that. It start with high idle rev at stop light, and all my lights burnt out one by one (headlamp, instruments).it seems to me it could be a bad rr cause the overcharging,
And burnt out all the bulbs, so I have my rr test and confrim infact a bad rr , but now my gs seems has no juice to anything,no gear indicators no n light, I have check my main fuse( eye balling) and it looks good,
please advice how to test on cdi ....or suggest what to do next? Thanks a lot.

I think you will have to assume that there could be damage to the stator and the battery and possibly wiring and start from scratch checking out everything. Eyeballing fuses is no good especially the glass ones

also put the bike in your signature so we know what you're dealing with and put your location up too. there may be a gsr member or two in your area that would be happy enough to come and give you a hand
