no spark on cylinder 1

So guys after replacing the coils and caps I still have no spark on cylinder 1 any ideas??? Maybe carb issue?? Any input would be great I hate to take it to a shop...

checked it all including the ignitor to signal generator and everything is good finally figured it out fricken fuel issue!!!!!!!!!! carbs haven't been tore down since i got the bike a year ago... tore em down today and got the cylinder firing

How did the fuel fix the spark?

You tore your carbs down and cleaned them properly in a day and that got you spark back???

When I posted originally I was tired and frustrated after getting everything back together and cylinder one was dead... I didn't think to take off the carbs and check to see if the intake cylinder boots had fuel on the bottom of them cylinder 1 was dry. Then pulled plug out rested it on cylinder head and it had spark... so it had to be the fuel...
