The cluster of wires where the neutral idiot light, the clutch interlock, the 3 stator to reg/rec wires contains two black/white wires with small lugs for M6 bolts. I was going to ground them on the battery box but the battery box seems to be rubber isolated. Where do these two wires grounds terminate?

On the battery box.
Those wires are what will ground the plate on the side of the battery box that holds the solenoid and fuse panel.
The rubber isolation is more to keep vibration away from the battery than it is for electrical isolation. -

I thought so as that is about as far as they will reach. I have them connected there now. I am just about ready to get the ol' girl going; perhaps this weekend. Thanks!Comment
