    Whoo Hoo!

Just wanted to thanks to posplayr and all the others who have posted info on the SH-775 R/R, the Triumph harness plugs for the 775 and how to sort the GS electrical system in general.

Today a buddy and I installed a new SH-775 wired direct to the stator and converted over to a single point ground as recommended by posplayr, along with installing LED turn signals and an electronic flasher to run the signals. My '82 1100E has never had the dash lights and signal lights work as well as they do now, it starts instantaneously and charges at 14.2V at 5000rpm. Everything seems to work better and I am very happy with the results. Next up is paint to fix the cosmetic issues and then I will have one happy 1100E.
