I have a 1980 GS750L that has no spark. Looking at testing the igniter box and coils, but if i just buy the Dyna S for it does it eliminate the ignitor box?

Yes, but you need to find out whether you have the ND or KD ignition, read the link

I believe the KD is only for early points bikes. Best to confirm by looking at the advancer though.Ed
