 Keeps blowing main fuse and just dies gs750eshave a 1983 gs750es. It keeps blowing main fuse once I try to ride it. help needed. Can anyone send me a wiring layout of the 7th es model or has anyone he the answer to my problem pleaseTags: None

 This wiring diagram should be close.. The 15 amp main fuse is real close to its maximum during startup. Try removing the headlight fuse ,etc.and see what changes. The r/r (rectifier/regulator) can cause issues too.

 Disconnect the wires going to the R/R first and see if that stops the blowing fuse problem. If it does then verify the stator is good and replace the R/R.http://img633.imageshack.us/img633/811/douMvs.jpg

 Have you looked through the wiring harness from headlight to taillight to see if any bare wires are touching each other that shouldn't be?Cowboy Up or Quit. - Run Free Lou and Rest in Peace
