    Rats nest of wires

I'm looking for suggestions on cleaning up this mess. It has a vetter headlight and no room for wires. Do I buy a headlamp bucket to tuck all of the wires into, or can you come up with a clever way to hide the mess?IMG_20170311_064025.jpgIMG_20170311_064025.jpg

You might try just getting them untangled then install a piece of that wire loom sleeve / anti chafe stuff

Just pulled this off google images. Maybe it'll spark an idea for you.

      Good luck.

Come to think of it, building some sort of junction box and making it look good will be much harder and more time consuming than just buying a GS headlight bucket. Unless of course making custom stuff is something you enjoy.

I might start by sorting & shortening the wires. It appears this bike had a fairing before I got it. The aluminium junction box looks good.

here's what I came up with...will probably paint the box black and have some Suzuki "S" badges which one will go on the box cover.

I shortened up a few, eliminated a couple more. Then bundled and wire tied. I would like to replace the whole headlight assembly soon, but for now this will have to do.IMG_20170311_181025.jpg
