Rats nest of wires
I'm looking for suggestions on cleaning up this mess. It has a vetter headlight and no room for wires. Do I buy a headlamp bucket to tuck all of the wires into, or can you come up with a clever way to hide the mess?IMG_20170311_064025.jpgIMG_20170311_064025.jpgTags: None -
You might try just getting them untangled then install a piece of that wire loom sleeve / anti chafe stuff

Come to think of it, building some sort of junction box and making it look good will be much harder and more time consuming than just buying a GS headlight bucket. Unless of course making custom stuff is something you enjoy.Roger

I might start by sorting & shortening the wires. It appears this bike had a fairing before I got it. The aluminium junction box looks good.Comment

here's what I came up with...will probably paint the box black and have some Suzuki "S" badges which one will go on the box cover.Attached FilesComment

I shortened up a few, eliminated a couple more. Then bundled and wire tied. I would like to replace the whole headlight assembly soon, but for now this will have to do.IMG_20170311_181025.jpgComment
