I am not looking so much for terrible brite driving lights to light up 300 feet down the road, am looking more for brite marker lights to make a triange presents on front to bike without using 100 watts of power. (and inexpensive is good).

    Any comments or recomendations....?

Somewhere I saw the 10W LED is about equivant light to 55W halogen.

that works ok with household bulb comparisons. I've got led flashlights that throw more light! For marker lights ,they'd be ok, awful big though -there plenty of others that are more compact claiming same wattage. You want square units with stem mounts?

Not necesaary square, but I like the 2 1/2 inch, not the 3 or 5 inch.

The mounting will fit on the bracket I already have. Maybe I can use a shorter bolt.

Mostly what I am looking for is less electrical load.
