I am in need of a good instrument cluster for a 1980 GS1000G. I've seen some on eBay that look different than what mine looks like. Will a cluster from a GL like this one work for my G?

Do you need the whole thing, or just parts? I have some spare parts.
I'm not sure if the mounting points for whole clusters allow interchange.Dogma

did you find a dash? I have a working dash unit from my 79 that looks the same as what you have pictured. It's for sale. I can make you a good deal if you still need it. I will work on getting a picture if you're interested. I have everything but the speedo, as it was busted (threw it out)Comment
