I?m struggling to find a location for the installation of a SH775 on my Katana. It?s too large to fit in the same location as the stock R/R and there is no room anywhere close to the battery box. The best spot I can find is in the tail piece. I know that ideally the R/R should have a very short ground connection to the battery or SPG. Would I be inviting any problems by installing in the tail piece?

Should be fine. Just be sure you have a good clean ground. Or better yet, run a wire back to the battery. You can follow the tail lamp harness route.Last edited by Nessism; 03-21-2018, 01:52 PM.Ed
