Installing new coils as old one's were missing. When sitting on bike which coil goes to the outer 2 cylinders and which does the inner 2.

1-4,2-3 left to right. There's a big picture in the fsm.

Nor 2 verse 3.

If still missing after replacing the coils: Have you checked the plug caps?

Have new plugs and caps as well.The bike is just engine and frame at the minute.Super I'll wire them tonight.
