Instrument Glass on 1984 GS 750 ES/EF

Hi - Need to replace the glass on my instruments, 1984 GS 750 EF - any idea where I can get one without mortgaging my house?

Also need to know how to get the odometer reset knob off so I can do the replacement - any tricks to that?

When I replaced the one on my 750EF I took the old one to a glass shop and they made me a new one with the correct thickness and non glare glass for about $35.00. They were even able to drill the hole for trip meter reset knob.
