Here is one for $50 shipped CONTUS. Canada shipping will likely add something but hopefully not too much.

If you follow Nessism's diagram, you really can't go wrong. The red wire from your original RR should have had a bullet connector on it to go into the factory harness that splits to the factory fuse box and the main harness. The red (it's actually more of a brown/only one that isn't black) from the triumph connector needs a bullet connector to plug into where your red wire from the original RR was plugged in. Or redo both ends w/ good spades/good crimps/heat shrink, etc.Comment

Im asking the question because on the factory R/R of my gs650, there is no bullet connector. Only a 4 pin clip connector and what I assume is a ground. Look up part number: 32800-34210Simon

So, It's something that looks like this?:

or the female side of this anyway, coming out of the harness.
You can get as fancy as you want, and vintageconnections.com likely has what you need if you want to go that route. Personally, I'd cut that block off and make all new connection, but that's me.Last edited by Rich82GS750TZ; 12-01-2021, 02:14 PM.Comment

Yes, but if my memory is correct, there still is a brown/red wire in there so I need to take it on the factory harness? Do you know were it goes? I could help myself with the wiring diagram probably going to take the harness side clip and make 4 bullet connectors out of it, since 3 are already going to the statorComment

There is a red wire in the harness side connector for your R/R, that's where you want to attach the power output from the R/R.
Tie off the other three wires in that connector since you will be running fresh wires from the stator to the R/R direct.Ed

All of the 650 wiring diragram links on BikeCliff's Website are dead. Here's the 80-850G color diagram which is probably going to be very close. This does show the headlamp loop (green/white from stator, returning to RR as Red/white). Hopefully you've already removed that and tucked it away, and have all 3 stator legs going directly to the SH775 via the triumph connector, the one with 3 black wires. I'm not trying to complicate the job for you, but that is part of the upgrade you're in the middle of here.Comment

Haven?t started yet but Probably close to Christmas. Ill make sure to get rid of the factory wires and start some fresh wires. Its true that its easier to go from the stator directly to the R/R imstead of trying to use the factory harness.http://members.dslextreme.com/users/..._color-new.png

Using the old Bikecliff link to the GS650 diagrams works and takes you to One drive diagramshttp://members.dslextreme.com/users/..._color-new.png

And were any of you guys able to re-use the old stator gasket or did you need to buy a new one? Asking because I will need to order it from a different site.Comment
