    Air filter stuck

I know the solution will be easy but....1978 GS 750, been sitting for 20 years (I just bought it). I removed the bolt at one end but the element is stuck fast. Do I just need brute force or.....? https://www.cmsnl.com/suzuki-gs750-1...l#.Ym_kci8mL4B

Rusted in place. Spray the slide areas liberally with PB Blaster or similar and tap it from all angles and the other side.

Yeah brute force in a controlled way…

the uni foam filters make good replacements. Make sure there are no air leaks when you put it back together.

Did you check both sides of the filter? Parts fiche says there are two screws holding it in; yes most times that particular fiche has been wrong but worth a look before you destroy it
