    81 1100e idiot lights

    newbie to suzuiki 's here............got a cool completely original 81 1100e..,how do i remove the idiot lights??? to replace..remove .i ,have the battery light on , due to new style battery or is it easier to rewire the sensor ?

    Splice the sensor wire into a keyed positive circuit. Usually the tail light (as its in the same vicinity). Presto, no more battery light.

      yeah i was just wondering which way would be easiest i ended up putting the plastic probe inside one of the cells ( just unscrewed it and put it in )

        Yep, as long as that is the cell the fluid gets low in, it's great. A 1 in 6 chance this is the one that gets low.
