    GS850 airbox on a GS1000

I got a chance to pick a parts bike for my 1981 GS1000GL, it comes with a GS850 air intake box, and I was wandering if that will fit onto my bike. For a 100 bucks i couldnt pass it up, and i will be selling the parts i dont need as well and will post a list of parts available soon

    I think it'll work?

I hope it fits, I think it will but I don't know. Yes, I would buy it.

Take a good look at the airbox, you will see that it is stamped to fit several bikes, including 850, 1000 and 1100.
