    breather in diff

I saw in one of the replies if you over fill your diff and blocked the breathers you had to get air in the breathers in the rear diff to clear them out. Do I just open the fill plug and point the air hose straight into the diff and give er. Or do I have to take the diff apart?

The rear end gets quite hot with use. My guess if the breather is loaded with oil the expanding hot air will force it out.

That said, it wouldn't hurt to verify the breather is open. I wouldn't use high air pressure though. Maybe use a bicycle tire pump or similar?
