    Stuck links in chain

My chain has a few links they are hard to move. maybe 8 or so. I did try spraying it down with PB blaster and it helped a little. Any other things I can try before I spend lots of $$ on a chain and sprocket set?

You can put the chain on blocks on each side of the stiff joint and work them back and forth with a hammer to TEMPORARILY loosen them so they dont eat your sprockets..if they havent already. But as said already its time for a new one sooner than later.

if it's just crud build up that is causing the bind, and not because of worn links and such, get some kerosene, put in container, and let it sit for a day or 2, then wipe down, and get your favorite chain lube, and see if it's better. If no, get new chain and sprockets.
