Adjust handlebar height

Please don't smack me in the face....how do you roll the bars up? I see were the risers would go, but am not sure how to adjust the bars

As Darin mentioned, there are four bolts on the risers. If yours still has them as mine does, there are little plastic caps covering the Allen bolts. I'm going to end up replacing mine with some chrome ones eventually. Mine were pretty rusty so the caps went back on after I was done, for now.

Clip-ons don't require new forks, you just have to buy ones sized for your fork tube diameter. You can mount them above or below the top triple clamp.

As I was removing the front fender tonight, I studied the bike a little and thought it would look really cool to slap on some clip on handle bars and ride this thing low....

I am sure clip-ons are hard to handle and would require new forks though.
