Side stand trouble (pictures inside)

the kick stand is well worn where it butts up to the frame in the up position. you could build it up with weld or get another kickstand

Or drill and tap the sidestand for a short bolt and grind the head down if necessary to get the desired position.

I'm taking the stand off for further inspection now. To check the pivot hole for distortion and straightening the bend.
