stater retaining screw questions

I needed to use my impact to remove the old stator retaining screws. I was wandering if I could use S/S socket caps instead? Or would that make the head height too high and contact the rotor hub? If I reuse the screws do I impact them back on? If I can safely use socket caps do i re-torque to standard torque 6mm bolt specs? I plan on using loctite blue on whatever I end up using. Thanks.

socket heads will be fine, torque them as normal and use the threadlock.

Definitely use the blue threadlocker when you put the screws back in. I didn't a couple of years ago and ended up replacing my rotor after it had chunks missing out of it from a busted up bracket.
