Can anyone identify this oil cooler?

Just picked this up. Anyone know what brand it is? Cooler is copper.

Should i notch the filter cover like the "efe" cover is?

    Thanks

Thank you. I thought it resembled one, but wasn't sure because the Derales i have seen use AN fittings. This one just has copper "nipples"

Thats the same cover I have, except I blocked those oil passages and used the ones on either side of the cover on the block. I didnt modify mine like you are thinking of doing, but, I am using -8 AN fittings and line and an Earls cooler.
The question is whether you think the cooler can flow well enough for ALL of the oil to the engine.
