    bottom end pan inspection

Ive got the oil pan removed to be replaced. I just thought id ask if there was any key things to inspect, replace or clean since i dont get into there very often..

Pan has a little grunge but nothing metalic in it.
    Magnet is clean
    Screen looks pretty clean..

Anything else u should play with or just leave it alone?

I guessin the grunge is from not to frequent oil changes by the PO and will not reoccur. New OEM gasket on a clean surface, be careful on torquing the bolts and run it.

    Cheers

Are you replacing the pan, or just the gasket? Pan looks okay.

Drop the screen and clear it out while you are in there
