voltage issue., starter is pulling the voltage down too much when cranking.

Do a Quick Test for diagnosis(see my signature). report all 6 voltages.

I forgot to take reading for #6, but this is what I have so far, ill get another reading when I can.

        1. 13.22..... key off
        2. 12.48..... key on (but not cranking with lights for 10 sec)
        3. 13.04..... at idle (1500 rpm)
        4. 13.30..... at 2500 rpm
        5. 13.22...... at 5000 rpm
        6. Forgot to take reading

So It is not charging as it is supposed too....

Yep either your connections are really dirty or the stator is going out. If you proceed to revised phase a test and measure the voltage drops . If they are high clean them ; if low then more likely poor stator output.

Did you do the first to steps on a charger? Voltage is very high especially considering it is not charging.

I had charged the battery the night before i tested. I will do some more in depth testing on electronics/stator. Im also looking into a sh775 r/r since electronics are original. Something is low or pulling too much juice to start on starter.

thank for the input guys, always appreciated.

Check all your electrical connections and grounds, doesn't take long. You can have a good static voltage readings on them all day long but once you put a load on them they fail.
