Sorry in advance if this has been answered before and i should have just searched. I'm not good with searching.
I can;t see what holds the plastic tailpiece onto my GS1000G. I obviously don't want to try pulling it in case it isn't just held by plug & socket retainers like the lower side panels. I've looked in the workshop manual, the owners handbook and the parts book, but the nearest I've got is a blurry image in the parts book which makes it look like possibly a bolt & nut somewhere around the lower centre of the thing.
I want to get it off so i can start preparing for a respray. Tank & side panels no problem, just this piece.
