    GS850 Engine Protection bars

Can anyone help with dimensions and/or photos of GS850G engine protection bars?
I am restoring a bike that did not have these bars and want to fit them.
I have found a wrecker who may have some but their business is interstate and he wants more information.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I have a set of brand-new, never fitted cage-type ones. I'll photo and measure them up later.

    79 GS850N - Might be a trike soon.
80 GS850T Single HIF38 S.U. SH775, Tow bar, Pantera II. Gnarly workhorse & daily driver.
79 XS650SE - Pragmatic Ratter - goes better than a manky old twin should.
    92 XJ900F - Fairly Stock, for now.

Here's a side picture of mine they are two piece one slides inside the other under the headers and two point bolt either side.

Found the basket-type protection bars. One has been badly stored, but both are new, despite appearances.

          Thanks for responding.
You have enthused me as the bike that you have is exactly the colour scheme etc that I am doing my bike to.
They look like later model flasher lights or did those lights come as original?
I am actually using the rectangular lights also.
I really like the frame for panniers.
          Where did you get that?

hi the lights and flashers are original as is everything else apart from a motad exhaust and stainless brake lines.
the pannier frame and rack are in stainless I made and designed them when I was working.
